Grace Overwhelms

A great verse from 1 Timothy. Chapter 1:14

Yet the grace of our Lord overwhelms, with faith and love in Christ Jesus.

This what it does for me all the time!

  I’m just thinkin’ here…
The freewillers’ “gospel” does not leave one feeling “overwhelmed” at all. It (the freewillers’ message) is more or less like dealing with a used car salesman…. who says… “If you give me this, I’ll give you that.”
But if we stick to the used car metaphor… the true gospel message is… “You want a car… why, the whole car lot is yours, now and forever, anything else you want??? I’ll get right on it.” — OVERWHELMING, huh?
